WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost to specific stats. Each upgrade increases item level by +3. Each upgrade also increases the random substatus.

Upgraded gear generally sees more value in trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or has a high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades are not as important for those with lower requirements due to the need to roll the perfect version.

The discount on the account will only apply when all slots on the character are filled with top-quality equipment.
